as well as those seeking to gain volunteer experience to work alongside us.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Make an effective use of your time, by joining our community to help the refugees welcome and support in our city. 

Volunteers are what help make Matthew House a Home. You can help us with:

          Language interpretation & translation

          Forms completion

          Welcome Tearm - Apartment Set-up and Cleaning

          After School Program

          Driving/Escorting people to appointments

          Move Team - assisting families move into their first home in Canada

          Donation sorting

          Canadian Friends - 1:1 personal connections

          Staying in touch with past residents

          Fundraising

          Orienting people to Canadian society
